LAGUNA WOODS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Professional Community Management, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, is proud to announce that Jerry Storage, PCAM®, has earned the coveted Large-Scale Manager (LSM) distinction from Community Association Institute (CAI).
Storage, a senior vice president at PCM, is a community manager at Laguna Woods Village, the largest active adult community in California, featuring 12,736 homes and approximately 18,000 residents.
“When it comes to managing a large scale community, Jerry knows his stuff as good as or better than anyone else in the business,” says PCM Vice President of Business Development Wendy Bucknum. “He’s most deserving of this honorable recognition.”
The LSM designation can be attained only by large-scale community managers who hold an active PCAM® designation, have at least 10 years of verified community association management experience, have completed advanced community management courses, are active in CAI governance and presentations, and are active participants in large-scale managers workshops and conferences. A large scale community is defined as a single, contiguous community association with a minimum of 1,000 units or a minimum of 1,000 acres and a minimum annual operating budget of $2 million.
