HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PinPoint Commercial announced today that the company has changed the name of a key development to Woodmill Creek (formerly Woodland Creek) to ensure that its development has a distinct identity apart from surrounding communities.

This mixed-use development project announced its $250 million plans earlier this summer, which include amenities for residents and tenants that provide a combination of upscale, urban conveniences and spacious recreation areas located on Sawdust Road in South Montgomery County.
Woodmill Creek also sold two of its land parcels to Alliance Residential Company earlier this month: a six-acre land parcel for a 380 unit, four-story multi-family project with structured parking garage, and a 9.88 acre parcel for a 171 unit “for lease” townhome development.
