In this role, Ms. Dombrowski will oversee all legal, risk and compliance issues globally, and these functions will report to her directly. Ms. Dombrowski will report to Lisa Shields, hyperWALLET’s President and CEO, as well as the company’s Board.
The creation of this new executive role comes on the heels of massive growth at the payments company over the past 24 months. This executive addition will build upon what is already a deep regulatory understanding, centralizing and expanding existing functions responsible for identifying and managing legal, risk and compliance across all areas of hyperWALLET’s business operations. As the new Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer, Ms. Dombrowski will work closely with both the company’s senior executives and board members, continuing to position the company for continued growth.
