CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prophet, a strategic brand and marketing consultancy, has announced that Jeani Vance joined the fast-growing firm as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Vance has acted as the firm’s CIO in an interim capacity for six months, during which time she provided steady leadership and implemented significant improvements to corporate infrastructure. She is based in Prophet’s Chicago office.

With nearly two decades of experience in technical service delivery and strategic consulting, Vance specializes in identifying and implementing corporate technology solutions for applications, infrastructure, solution delivery and process excellence. She has held management and executive positions at CheckFree Corporation, IBM, The Limited and Time Warner. Prior to Prophet, she was an executive consultant at Strategy CIO, an IT management consultancy.
