SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Campus Quad, creators of a communication and analytics platform for mobile student engagement, today announced the appointments of two veteran education technology executives. Amelia Hurlbut has been named Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the company’s product roadmap and day-to-day operations, and Jack Neinken has come on board as Vice President of Sales.

Ms. Hurlbut joins Campus Quad from Disney English, a Walt Disney Company chain of children’s extracurricular private language schools in China, where she served as Director of Operations. In this role, she oversaw cross-function product development for 75+ rollouts and managed expansion from the flagship center to 45 locations in 10 cities across seven provinces. Before that, Ms. Hurlbut was with Englishtown, an online language learning division of EF Education First, where she held a variety of management positions, including Director of Sales Operations. During her tenure, Ms. Hurlbut led operational implementation of new business initiatives throughout Latin America, Asia, and Europe serving millions of students worldwide.
Mr. Neinken comes to Campus Quad after serving as Vice President of Sales at Instructure, Inc. where he tripled the company’s customer base and grew the Canvas learning management system business 275 percent in one year. Prior to that post, Mr. Neinken was a Region Manager leading Apple’s top ranked higher education sales team for nearly six years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Neinken held a variety of senior sales leadership positions including Director of Commercial, Education and Government Sales at Corel Corp. and Vice President of Sales Southeast and Director of Sales Operations at Vanstar Corp.
