Reflecting exploding market demand as predicted by industry analysts last December, Spanning grew its revenue by 137 percent and tripled its number of users as compared to the first half of 2013. In addition, Spanning increased the number of new customers through competitive displacements as a result of delivering innovative, proven products with the industry’s most trusted backups and restores for Google Apps and Salesforce.

Spanning’s record growth was driven by a number of factors. The company continued to gain traction in the enterprise and education markets with the addition of Clark Construction, George Washington University, Projetech, Urban Airship and VIF International Education. At the same time, more customers switched to Spanning from competitors.
