MIAMI--()--For the first time since the condo boom and bust, a comprehensive survey of developer new construction condo pricing in South Florida has been released to the general public.

The new survey, compiled by CraneSpotters.com and sponsored by the Miami New Construction Show, reveals data as of July 4, 2014 detailing rank, market, minimum price per square foot, and presale ratio in South Florida.

Additionally, the report includes a ranking of proposed, planned, under construction and completed preconstruction projects in South Florida as of July 15, 2014, itemized according to the number of towers, floors, units and market share in the tricounty area and also by individual cities within the region.

The report, which was announced by CraneSpotters.com principal Peter Zalewski during the Miami New Construction Show Kick-off Party at The National Hotel in South Beach July 22 is the first market survey compiled by CraneSpotters.com to list developers by name.

The South Florida Preconstruction Condo Market Price Survey summary ranks markets by highest minimum price per square foot (PSF) and presales ratio. Miami-Dade County is at the top, with a minimum price PSF of $814 and a presales ratio of 71 percent. Broward County ranks second with a minimum price PSF of $506 and a presales ratio of 62 percent.
