Prior to joining The Prescott Companies, Leobold was responsible for managing one of the largest luxury golf communities in Southern Nevada. Her expertise is in Community Association Management where she has an extensive track record in the industry for developing Community Manager training programs and establishing management procedures and guidelines.
As a licensed Supervising Community Manager in the state of Nevada, Leobold’s background consists of experience in land use planning and real estate. She has been professionally active in the community management industry for more than 14 years, was a founding member of the Nevada Association of Community Managers (NACM) and is currently a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI).
