WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OmniVere today announced that the former publisher of The National Law Journal & Legal Times, Kenneth A. Gary, will be its new Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President. Gary brings a wealth of legal industry knowledge and marketing expertise to OmniVere's growing legal-tech business. A lawyer and journalist by training, he will take over all marketing and business development responsibilities at OmniVere. "I'm excited to join such a talented team of professionals," Gary said. For over a decade Gary has honed the skills required to bridge the gap between law and business. Gary’s expertise will aid the newly formed OmniVere as it makes a name for itself in the legal-tech space. "We are lucky to have Ken on board," said OmniVere's CEO and President, Erik Post. Gary has been helping companies market themselves to lawyers and law firms for nearly a decade, particularly with enhancing their go-to-market strategies, business development, lead generation, content syndication, and outreach in the legal community. Along with ALM Media, the publisher of the National Law Journal & Legal Times, Gary’s previous experience includes time at Thomson Reuters, Capital One and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formally known as the National Association of Securities Dealers). He has also authored and published articles for national legal publications. Gary is currently active as a part of the Legal Marketing Association, is an education committee member, and on the 2015 annual conference planning committee. Gary holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. He has also completed academic work in Taxation Policy at Georgetown University Law Center.
