Aurora Diagnostics Completes Acquisitions of Mid-Atlantic Pathology Services Inc. in Virginia and Hallmark Pathology, P.C. in Massachusetts

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--()--Aurora Diagnostics, the nation’s leading operator of high quality regional pathology labs at 21 community-based locations around the United States, announced today that it completed two previously announced transactions to acquire Mid-Atlantic Pathology Services Inc. of Sterling, Va., and Hallmark Pathology, P.C., of Medford, Mass.

Mid-Atlantic Pathology Services (MAPS) is a highly specialized Dermatopathology lab with a strong regional business with emphasis on Northern Virginia, Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C., area. Hallmark Pathology is a provider of anatomic pathology services for two community hospitals in the greater Boston area.
