DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Carlos L. White has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Dallas office. White’s extensive corporate and finance experience will bolster the firm’s national consumer financial services team.
Carlos White has nine years of diverse and wide ranging experience in handling corporate governance and strategic issues, commercial transactions (including franchising and distribution), and compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, White served as General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at two mid-market companies and was a franchise operator. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. from Southern University.
