AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gila LLC, and its two business units, Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) and Gila Group, announced today the company successfully launched its 3rd annual internship program. To date we have had almost 50 high school students successfully complete the program. Students are selected based upon their ability to effectively sell their beliefs against the core values the company lives.

The internship program at Gila LLC is meant for students who would like experience into what it’s like to work in a dynamic, fast-paced growth company. They are exposed to a myriad of business activities from client services to sales to operations.

The program lasts nine weeks, and the interns participate in all day-to-day operations. Each student is paired with a member of the management team who provides daily mentoring and training in every aspect of their business activities.
