In partnership with the 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, Amerigroup Louisiana is sponsoring "Keeping Your Health 100" to celebrate Men's Health month. The event will feature free prostate screenings, ask an expert segment with Dr. Lance LaMotte, Educational materials and food and drinks.

The 100 Black Men of Metro Baton Rouge, LTD. is a non-profit organization through which African-American males step forward and assume roles of community leadership, responsibility and guidance. We are guided by our "Four For The Future" signature program, which seeks to have a positive impact on the lives of children in the Baton Rouge Area; especially African American Males. The four areas are Mentoring, Education, Economic Development and Health and Wellness.
About Mary Bird Perkins
Mary Bird Perkins - Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center brings free cancer screenings to southeast Louisiana each year. This effort has been underway since 2002, when the early detection program began. With our mobile medical clinic, the Early Bird, we offer these screenings to participants at times and locations convenient to them.
