MUNICH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Accenture (NYSE:ACN) and Siemens have completed the formation of a joint venture company called OMNETRIC Group.
OMNETRIC Group will bring together Siemens’ smart grid products and solutions; Accenture’s management and technology consulting, systems integration and managed-services capabilities.
