Hilton Grand Vacations Announces Program Enabling Vacationing Visitors to Strengthen Orlando Community

Hilton Grand Vacations’ Travel with Purpose™ Volunteer Program engages Club Members and resort guests to give back to the communities where they travel

ORLANDO, Fla.--()--Today, Hilton Grand Vacations announced the launch of its Travel with Purpose™ Volunteer Program, focused on creating fun, hands-on experiences for young people and adults visiting Orlando to add philanthropy to their travel plans.

Vacationing Club Members and guests staying at Parc Soleil by Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Orlando can participate in the program which offers a variety of projects to help strengthen and support the local community, and to benefit distinctive outreach efforts. Projects include the Travel with Purpose™ Paracord Survival Bracelet program supporting active military servicemen and women and Operation: Gratitude; and distinctive Kids Camp programs engage young people in innovative activities including the assembly of emergency preparedness kits for local families and the opportunity to help preserve the natural resources and beauty of Central Florida through environmental sustainability projects.

As part of the program, Hilton Grand Vacations also launched an innovative channel of support through Café Soleil, the resort’s popular poolside grill and bar. A portion of the proceeds earned from a new signature cocktail, The Charity Chiller, will support the Travel with Purpose™ Volunteer Program. This refreshing beverage, ideal for enjoying in the Florida sun, is a frozen strawberry lemonade featuring Florida Cane Strawberry Vodka, Fat Tuesday Lemonade mix and a splash of Fat Tuesday Strawberry mix. For every Charity Chiller purchase, Hilton Grand Vacations will donate $3 per drink to help fund creative, hands-on activities for kids and parents to support families throughout Orlando. A non-alcoholic Charity Chiller will also be offered to allow parents and kids to say, “cheers” to Traveling with Purpose as a family.
