SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--N.N. Jaeschke, Inc., an Associa company, recently announced it has welcomed two new community division directors, a new business development director, and five new community managers to its staff.

NNJ is proud to welcome Heather Wiltshire, Shari Simpson and Kim Holmes as division directors.
Wiltshire will serve as a community division director and has worked in the community association industry since 2005, supervising both portfolio and on-site managers and managing condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, mid-rise downtown buildings, and commercial associations. Wiltshire is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Simpson, also appointed as a community division director, began her career in the community association industry in 2004, managing condominiums, single family homes, and townhomes and has also served as training coordinator. As training coordinator, she trained managers on in-house policies and procedures, mentoring them on how to effectively work with Boards of Directors. She is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Holmes was named business development director. Prior to joining NNJ, Holmes worked for the largest Real Estate Association in the state of California. She was responsible for building solid relationships between the Realtor® members and the advertising sponsors that wished to market to them. The industry experience she gained working for the Real Estate Association will be utilized to grow and promote the NNJ brand.
NNJ also named Hugo Muñoz, Alana Riggs, Heidi Fitzgerald, Erin Jones, and Josette Short as community association managers.
Muñoz entered the community association management industry in 2006. Over the course of his career he has managed a variety of condominium, townhome and single-family home communities, including the management of a 400-door master association. He has earned his Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Riggs started her career in community association management in 2008 and has experience managing communities ranging from a seven-unit financial only account to a 200-unit CID. In addition to her experience as a community manager, Riggs has a background in office management and customer service. She earned her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is currently a member of the San Diego Building Industry Association’s (BIA) Young Generation of Leaders.
Fitzgerald’s experience includes management of a 10-story condominium high rise and a 180-unit residential and commercial property, and she was also the on-site resident manager of a 28-unit townhome community. She studied at Point Loma Nazarene University.
Jones began her career in community management in 2009 as an administrative assistant and became a portfolio community association manager in 2011. In addition to her experience in community management, Jones earned her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Radford University. She has earned her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Short’s prior experience includes community sales management of a single-family home master-planned gated community. She tracked escrows and coordinated loan and closing dates, oversaw selection and installation of buyer options, created market analysis and sales tracking reports, and conducted weekly seminars on sales techniques. Her experience also includes office administration where she provided high level support to project managers.
