CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great American Insurance Group is pleased to announce David L. Thompson, Jr. has been promoted to Divisional Group President within its Property & Casualty (P&C) operations.
Mr. Thompson began his career with Great American in 2006 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Underwriting, Product Management and Claims functions within the organization. He most recently served as the Divisional President for the AgriBusiness® Division. With this promotion, Mr. Thompson assumes new reporting responsibilities for several P&C operating units and functional areas.
Mr. Thompson earned his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy.
