PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mobile Masters at Macworld/iWorld Expo in 2013 was considered to be a landmark event in the Mobile Movement. This year, in addition to the event, we are having a unique contest. The 48 winners will receive feature spreads in the second edition of the Mobile Masters iTunes eBook among many other awards.
The PROOF Contest
Our aim is to showcase Mobile Photography
as a distinctive new movement in the history of the art form. Last
year's edition was by invitation only, but with so much exciting
work emerging from a diverse range of people, we wanted to invite all,
from novice to pro, to submit work for inclusion. We want to identify
the world's top 48 artists who are breaking new ground in mobile image
discovery and invention.

Since good work is not just
about getting one or two lucky shots, but rather about a sustained
vision across a body of work, we will be looking not at just two or
three images from each photographer but at broader e-portfolios of work
submitted via a link like Flickr, Instagram or any other site.
A Unique Balance of Judges
We want the work chosen to be
considered more than just good “mobile” work. We want Mobile Masters to
stand as a historical record of the best work in this emerging new
evolution in photography. We have a balance of three traditional
photography experts and three mobile photography experts to identify the
best early innovators.
The Prizes are Valued at Over $3,000 But the Exposure... Priceless
Last
year's highly acclaimed edition has been downloaded in over 60 different
countries, receiving glowing reviews from many top mobile photo
blogs. The winners will be announced and their work shown at
Mobile Masters - Macworld/iWorld on March 26, 2014. This expo is the
largest gathering of Apple products and fans. Other prizes include: a
gallery print show, the full Adobe CC collection of software, feature
interviews in major photography blogs, bamboo prints, apps and
accessories.
