TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lewis Management Resources, Inc. (LMR), an Associa company, proudly announces association manager Jena Carpenter recently earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management and is recommended for experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation.
To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study among numerous other items.

Carpenter has been with LMR since July 2005 and started her career doing data entry in the inspection (CCI) department. After moving through several positions at Lewis, she now manages one of the branch’s master-planned communities. Carpenter is the immediate past–president for the Southern Arizona chapter of CAI and was recently elected to another three-year term. In addition to the PCAM, she also holds the CAAM, CMCA, and AMS designations.
