On January 28-29, Fierce, Inc. will attend Talent Management Alliance’s Fourth Annual People in Healthcare Conference, in Houston. The conference is designed to bring talent management professionals together to explore best practices in accountable care reform. Fierce, Inc. will be speaking with healthcare leaders about creating cultures of highly engaged and skillful communicators. Advanced communication skills will enable administrators to successfully navigate the complex changes continuing to face healthcare companies in the coming year.

On February 13, from 8:30 am - 9:15 am PST, Halley Bock, CEO and president of Fierce, Inc., and Lisa Reynolds, System Director Organizational Effectiveness at CHRISTUS Health, will conduct a webinar to examine how CHRISTUS Health uses conversation training to drive initiatives including adapting to changes as a result of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
