Stark & Stark’s Timothy Duggan to Co-Chair Conference on Eminent Domain Law

PRINCETON, N.J.--()--Stark & Stark, a prominent law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania, announced that firm shareholder Timothy P. Duggan will be co-chairing a conference entitled “Eminent Domain Update – Special and General Benefits, Access, and Other Hot Topics.”

The full-day conference will take place on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sponsored by CLE International, the program will be held at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick.

Mr. Duggan, who heads the Eminent Domain Group of Stark & Stark, will co-chair the program with Jeffrey D. Gordon, Esq., of Archer & Greiner.
