TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Syniverse today announced that the Rural Independent Network Alliance, LLC (RINA), with its majority owner, Strata Networks, has renewed and expanded an agreement for a range of mobile interoperability solutions. The services, which include the addition of core Syniverse LTE hub elements, IPX Network Solution and Diameter Signaling Service, empowers the group’s regional providers migrating to LTE with a future-proof network and the ability to deliver superior end-user experiences.

The Diameter Signaling Service will help manage the complexities of the new Diameter signaling protocol and enable roaming and visiting subscribers to use their devices anywhere they go, just as they would on their home networks.
