The EdgeProtect 7000 Series will support Yorktel’s portfolio of cloud and video managed services, which includes enterprise-grade video conferencing, professional services, integration and media services.

The EdgeProtect 7300 works with existing H.323 gatekeepers and also includes an embedded gatekeeper option for H.323 signaling and SIP server. Media features include shortest path media routing to minimize the negative effects of jitter, latency and packet loss on video communications as well as media relay when H.460 firewall traversal is required, resulting in smoother video transmission.
