MANKATO, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HickoryTech (NASDAQ:HTCO) today announced it has changed its brand to Enventis across the company’s service area. The company will also seek shareholder approval to change its corporate name to Enventis at its shareholder meeting in May 2014.

This announcement extends the Enventis brand to the company’s operations in southern Minnesota and northwest Iowa where the company provides residential and business communication solutions in 34 communities. Going forward, Enventis will be the company’s cohesive brand throughout its operations.
