IEEE Launches World Forum on Internet of Things (WF-IoT) Series

First IEEE WF-IoT Event in March 2014 Provides Global Platform for Worldwide Collaboration on Internet of Things (IoT); Call for Papers Closes 11 October 2013

PISCATAWAY, N.J.--()--IEEE, the world's largest professional organization advancing technology for humanity, today announced the launch of its World Forum on Internet of Things (WF-IoT) conference series. Debuting in Seoul, South Korea, 6-8 March 2014, the first IEEE WF-IoT will provide a platform for attendees and speakers to exchange ideas and share best practices on how progress in IoT technologies and applications can be nurtured and cultivated for the benefit of society.

The WF-IOT organizing committee is presently accepting contributed paper submissions on the applications, technologies and societal impacts of the Internet of Things. This flagship conference will feature a comprehensive program of idea-generating technical and practical sessions, tutorials, as well as an exhibition.

The IEEE World Forum on Internet of Things 2014 will investigate state-of-the-art scientific and practical research of IoT.
