PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yorn today announced a multi-year license agreement with the University of Pennsylvania Health System (Penn Medicine) to operationalize real-time mobile-enabled patient feedback delivery solutions throughout its inpatient and outpatient healthcare systems. Yorn’s proprietary feedback and engagement platform allows patients to provide feedback, in the moment, directly to healthcare institutions, providers and payers utilizing secure HIPAA-compliant messaging and dashboards.
The formation of this partnership was inspired by materially positive results from a three-month pilot, employing rapid-cycle testing methodologies. The aim of the pilot, designed and implemented by the Penn Medicine Center for Healthcare Innovation and the Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Improvement Department, was to measure the improvement in the healthcare experience when patients were provided with Yorn’s real-time mobile platform. Yorn was used, as it is uniquely designed to give physicians, nurses and staff direct, timely, and actionable patient feedback.
