Duracell Power Forward Trucks will be available to
individuals and families in need of power and ability to reconnect
with loved ones in the wake of Alberta flooding.
Duracell Power Forward Trucks will be moving throughout southern Alberta to provide power relief in areas of greatest need, making stops every day to help families as well as first responders reconnect with loved ones and stay powered up when they need it most.
These trucks are part of Duracell’s Power Forward fleet and are distributing over 20,000 free batteries to help power important devices such as flashlights and radios. At each truck stop, people will also have access to charging stations for mobile devices and computers.
In addition to deploying the Duracell mobile trucks, Procter & Gamble relief efforts include Tide Loads of Hope, which will be offering full-service laundry.

On June 27th, from 9:30AM-11AM the Duracell Power Forward Trucks will be stationed at the Mission Safeway located at 524 Elbow Dr. SW in Calgary, Alberta.
From 11AM-8PM the trucks will be roving throughout Calgary and surrounding communities.
Tide Loads of Hope will be partnering with Glenmore Coin Laundry located at 6624 Centre Street SE, Unit 10B in Calgary, Alberta to offer washes and detergent from Thursday –Sunday.
