Arcos Dorados Announces Dividend Payment

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina--()--Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), announced today the payment of a cash dividend totaling $12.5 million, equivalent to approximately $0.0596 per share of outstanding Class A and Class B shares, in accordance with the Board resolution announced in March 2013. The dividend will be distributed July 5, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2013.
