An Open Letter to President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder; BMI has filed multiple federal lawsuits against Wells Fargo seeking 1 Billion USD in damages for discrimination, defamation, Libor Rate manipulation, etc.

SPRINGFIELD, Va.--()--Best Medical International (BMI) is seeking all documents related to the investigation and 175 Million USD that Wells Fargo paid to the US Dept. of Justice to settle the multi-state Discrimination Claims against NON-WHITE Borrowers. Why is the US DOJ stonewalling to provide the documents for our trial and investigation? What are the OBAMA Justice Dept and Eric Holder hiding? BMI has issued a subpoena and a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to DOJ for these documents to be provided to us. We are also seeking the same documents from Wells Fargo.

Best Medical International, Inc., a Virginia Corporation and member of TeamBest® companies that provides life saving medical products and technologies for Cancer, Cardiac, Vascular and other diseases, has filed multiple lawsuits against Wells Fargo in the US Federal Court (Eastern District, Alexandria, Virginia) for discrimination, defamation and Libor Rate manipulation. The suit alleges that Wells Fargo discriminated against TeamBest® companies when it called commercial mortgage loans. The loans were fully performing with timely payments of principal and interest. In addition, TeamBest® paid an additional $2 million 6 years early at the demand of Wells Fargo on their $7 million, 10 year fixed rate commercial mortgage and loan. In addition, Wells Fargo charged additional fees, significantly increased the interest rate and demanded the immediate payment of the loan with a prepayment penalty and legal fees amounting to nearly 1 million dollars. Also, TeamBest® has appealed the Fairfax County Circuit Court (Virginia) decision to dismiss the Fraud Claim against Wells Fargo related to the Interest Rate SWAP Agreements. Wells Fargo has been harassing TeamBest® customers, preventing them and vendors from doing business with the TeamBest® companies. Wells Fargo is now holding a few hundred million USD as collateral for a 10 million USD loan. Wells Fargo continues to confiscate additional assets and funds, and is preventing TeamBest® from conducting its business, expanding, and developing unique and innovative products and technologies for many diseases.

Mr. Suthanthiran and his companies have been banking with Wells Fargo and its predecessors for nearly 40 years. TeamBest® companies have made all principal and interest payments on time and paid some of the loans early and before maturity, during the 40 years. When Wells Fargo and their predecessors had problems, their managers and account executives (including those of Wells Fargo) requested that we continue to bank with them and not to abandon them. Wells Fargo recently settled multi-state discrimination claims against Non-White borrowers with the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) for 175 Million USD. We are requesting all evidence, documents and agreements from the USDOJ and Wells Fargo for use in our trial. We are also requesting that the U.S. Congress investigate Wells Fargo’s treatment of Wachovia customers. It is important to recall that Wells Fargo received $30 billion in TARP funds from the United States taxpayers.

Mr. Krishnan Suthanthiran founded Best Medical International in 1977 to be the Best in the world. Having lost his father to Cancer, he has dedicated his career of 40 years to the prevention, early detection, effective treatment and total cure for Cancer, by developing and manufacturing highly innovative products and technologies. Currently, TeamBest®’s products are used by nearly 10,000 Hospitals worldwide at one time or another.
