NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Undertone®, which creates digital advertising solutions for brands, today announced the appointment of Joe Del Toro as CFO and Wayne Gattinella as non-executive board director.
Del Toro has nearly 20 years of financial, private equity and M&A experience and joins Undertone from Topps, where he served as CFO for more than four years. Prior to Topps, Del Toro was the Director of Finance and Acquisitions at Time Warner and then General Manager of Fortune/Money Group, a division of Time, Inc. Earlier in his career, Del Toro worked in private equity and banking before receiving his MBA from Harvard.
