CLAREMONT, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Red River, a widely recognized national leader in providing IT products and services to the government and healthcare sectors, announced the award of a large enterprise service agreement (ESA) to support the United States (U.S.) Army’s global installed base for Cisco SMARTnet support services.
The ESA, which was won in a competitive procurement process, is valued at over $500 million, with one base year and four one-year options. It provides full lifecycle support, including technical and professional engineering services.
Working in collaboration with Cisco, Red River will provide quality assurance, progress and status reporting, risk identification, risk handling, risk mitigation strategies and program reviews. Red River’s Support Services Division has been an area of significant growth and investment for the company. With expert personnel, online tools, and a dedicated focus, Red River will remain committed to providing the support required for the Army’s mission.
