From spectacular hydrotherapy services, advanced massage technology, new services just for men and teen experiences, Kohler Waters Spa makes a splash this summer with guests who seek memorable, relaxing and detoxifying spa experiences.
The Kohler Waters Spa flagship and Forbes Five-Star location at The American Club Resort in Kohler, Wis. unveils 12 new services and, for the first time in its history, adds five services specifically for teens ages 12-15. In addition, the flagship location offers a new specialty massage that provides advanced range of motion and stretching on a flexible massage table – the WaveMotion Body Treatment – and is only one of four spas in the United States to offer this advanced technology, which is sure to impart a new level of relaxation for guests.

A Waters Spa Trio
For the first time, all three Kohler Waters Spa locations unveil the same new service simultaneously – the Hamman Ritual. This brand new 80-minute hydrotherapy treatment is based on the traditions found in Turkish Hamman bathhouses. Wrapped in a traditional pestimal – a cloth body cover – the spa-goer experiences the healing effects of the rhythmic and nurturing pours of waters over the shoulders, back and arms, from copper tas bowls. Following the rhythmic pours, a guest will find themselves transported in this ritual service with a full body exfoliation using a traditional Kera mitt and eucalyptus black soap for purifying cleanse. The detoxifying service is completed with a full scalp massage using Moroccan shampoo and conditioner and a moisturizing application. The new treatment starts at $205 for 80 minutes.
The Massage of the Future
Located at the flagship destination in Kohler, Wis., the new WaveMotion Body Treatment offers a unique massage experience. The WaveMotion table allows the guest to lay on the table but instead of remaining fixed in one spot, the WaveMotion tables provides slow 3-dimensional movement, allowing the guest to experience a feeling of weightlessness, and affords the technician the opportunity to provide enhanced stretches and movements personalized to each individual during the treatment. The WaveMotion table is only found in four others spas in the United States; at Kohler Waters Spa, the treatment has been elevated with the Forbes Five-Star touches the spa is well known. This treatments starts at $195 for 80 minutes.
A “Teeny” Spa Experience
Another exciting addition to the Kohler flagship location includes new and expanded teen services for young ladies and gentleman, ages 12-15. Offered Sunday through Friday when accompanied by an adult, the young spa-goers will learn the importance of health, wellness and relaxation.
