As VP, Product, Masterman will manage Maxifier’s product roadmap, direction and strategy. He joins Maxifier from DoubleVerify where he led Advertiser Products and shipped the company’s viewable impressions product, AdView. Prior to that, Masterman worked for nearly five years at Atlas, a division of aQuantive, as part of the leadership team that introduced Atlas Rich Media to the market. He also led the Customer Targeting product and was the UX and Internationalization lead. A product leader for more than a decade, Masterman has also worked for Microsoft and a number of start-up companies.

As Senior Director, Product, Payson brings more than 15 years of digital advertising technology experience. Reporting to Masterman, she will be responsible for defining and developing innovative new products and features. Prior to Maxifier, Payson oversaw Global Account Management and Professional Services for APT as part of Yahoo!'s Right Media Division. Previously, she was Account Director at both Avenue A/Razorfish and Beyond Interactive, overseeing integrated media strategy for Fortune 500 CPG and financial clients. She has also held senior positions at 24/7 Media and Bigfoot.
Finally, McWilliams is responsible for leading Maxifier’s newly defined Account Management department. He is charged with building a team to provide exceptional account engagement, ensuring the company’s existing clients find continuous benefit and overall success from the ADMAX technology. McWilliams spent the last five years at AudienceScience where he was the Director of Client Services and the Global Account Director, responsible for the worldwide technology rollout of the company’s most strategic account as well as fostering and maintaining close relationships with other key clients.
