Nexon Korea Corporation and Syncopate Announce Publishing Agreement

Brings Popular Online Game “Combat Arms” to Russia

(“Nexon”) (3659.TO), a worldwide leader in free-to-play online games, today announced that Nexon Korea Corporation (CEO: Min Seo) has partnered with Syncopate (CEO: Ilya Verigin), a leading publisher in the rapidly expanding Russian-speaking online games market, to bring the highly successful online first-person shooter (“FPS”) game Combat Arms to Russia.

Introduced in 2008, Combat Arms is a FPS game where players work to complete missions and advance their characters through teamwork with other online players, precise marksmanship and stealth. Hugely successful across the globe, Combat Arms has achieved 28,000 and 26,000 concurrent users in Europe and North America, respectively.
