(“Acadia” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ACHC) today announced a public offering of 8,333,333 shares of its common stock, pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Acadia will grant the underwriters an option to acquire an additional 1,249,999 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by Acadia.
Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Citigroup will serve as joint book-running managers in the offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Avondale Partners, LLC are acting as co-managers.
