All positions will be managed from the Omaha-based Sitel Work@Home Center of Excellence (CoE), a centralized management and operations hub setting the customer service industry’s standard for secure, scalable and efficient virtual workforce performance.
The Work@Home positions will encompass high-touch chat-based engagement, providing customer sales and support for a leading national telecommunications client. In addition to the new interactive chat positions, Sitel Work@Home leadership opportunities will expand within and include chat subject matter experts (SMEs), coaches, operation managers, learning managers, learning specialists and workforce coordinators who will work together in the Omaha facility located at 5601 North 103rd Street.
