By adopting the new name, the Company is communicating its position as a comprehensive service provider for builders, developers, general contractors, risk managers, insurance carriers, and owner’s reps. The change follows the recent expansion of core services and a continued commitment towards increasing its customer service-central relationship with its growing client base.
This announcement comes just a week before LJP Construction Services is set to debut the new corporate identity at the Sunbelt Builders Show in Austin, TX, Oct. 20-22.
“Staffing infrastructures within builder and developer firms have changed significantly over the past 5 years. Despite these changes and challenges of the current market, we are very pleased to say our clients have statistically improved in overall construction quality,” said Don Neff, CEO and President of LJP Construction Services. “These infrastructure changes have also created a need for platform oversight of the QC process. Our risk management services have expanded and now give our clients the flexibility to completely outsource to us all QC oversight and specialty inspections.
