Patricia was previously a Partner in the Life Sciences and Legal Search Practices of both Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International. Backed by almost 15 years of search experience, focusing on the Life Sciences and Legal Search sectors, Patricia has successfully led senior management and board of directors assignments across an array of Life Sciences areas, as well as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and other senior legal assignments across all industries globally.
Prior to her career in executive search, she was with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Abbott Laboratories and Sidley & Austin. She co-authored Addressing Compliance: Strategies for Finding the Right Chief Compliance Officer, and Top Strategic and Operational Issues Facing the Seniors Housing and Healthcare Industries.
