MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) today announced the pricing of its public offering of $3,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its notes. The public offering consists of $1,000,000,000 of 1.250% Notes due 2014, $1,000,000,000 of 2.125% Notes due 2016 and $1,000,000,000 of 3.625% Notes due 2021.
Google expects to receive net proceeds from this offering of approximately $2.97 billion, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. Google intends to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding commercial paper and for general corporate purposes.
