ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NTE Energy, a leading developer of hybrid renewable energy power plants, today announced that Melissa Houskamp has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO, Houskamp will be responsible for leading NTE Energy’s corporate finance and project finance activities. Houskamp was previously a principal at MAS Energy, LLC where she led MAS's project finance efforts, including their debut project financing for a landfill gas-to-energy project.
Before joining MAS, Houskamp specialized in structured energy transactions as a Vice President in JPMorgan's investment banking group. Her deal teams led more than $25 billion in energy transactions.

Houskamp earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida and began her career at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where she researched private sector opportunities in infrastructure industries in developing countries.
NTE Energy has also added Micah Clukey as an accounting manager to its growing team. Prior to joining NTE Energy, Micah served as an accountant for Kresge, Platt and Abare, PLLC where he specialized in corporate and individual taxes. Clukey earned his B.S. in Finance from Fordham University in New York.
