GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Array Information Technology (ARRAY) announced today that it has added two new executive team members. Richard (Rick) Perry will serve as Vice President and General Manager for Civilian Operations, and Jay Kalath will serve as Vice President and General Manager for National Security Operations, as well as Chief Technology Officer.
Rick joined ARRAY as a seasoned operational executive with more than 35 years of experience delivering on large performance-based O&M and modernization programs. As Vice President at ARRAY, he leads the Civilian Operations team supporting ARRAY’s Civilian federal government contracts. In addition, he will lead ARRAY’s efforts to drive operational efficiency and management excellence in all ARRAY projects and programs. Trained as a systems engineer, Rick has 12 years experience as CIO of an $800-million company. In addition, he has experience as the COO of a software company, managed the Enterprise IT Transformation Practice for Coopers & Lybrand and the Enterprise Program Management Practice for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and most recently was a General Manager at both Avaya Government Solutions and Keane Federal Systems.
Jay came to ARRAY after serving as Executive Vice President at Astegic, Inc., a company specializing in mobile, healthcare, MS SharePoint, and infrastructure management services. Previously, he served as CTO of Bart and Associates, Inc., where he developed that company’s strategic technical vision and capabilities in support of National Security initiatives. As ARRAY’s Vice President and CTO, he leads the development and deployment of differentiated solution offerings and provides architectural and technology thought leadership to existing programs.
