COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Braxton Technologies, LLC today announced a one and a half-year contract with Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems to supply Orbital Analysis Software for Boeing 702MP, 702HP and geomobile satellites. This system will augment Boeing’s extensive suite of orbital analysis software tools for transfer orbit and station keeping operations. This contract creates six jobs in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Pleasanton, California.
The Braxton Orbital Analysis Software (OAS) provides cutting-edge flight dynamics and mission planning capabilities to support multiple satellite bus maneuvers from parking and transfer orbits to final geosynchronous orbit and station keeping operations.
Successful delivery of sophisticated software systems on tight timelines is Braxton’s specialty. “Implementation of the new Orbital Analysis Software will be completed within 16 months. We’ll meet Boeing’s demanding schedule because of the flexibility of our software architecture,” points out Braxton Program Manager, Greg Davis. “Our core commercial product infrastructure and comprehensive software libraries are designed for rapid, reliable extension to any space vehicle.”
