ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zep Inc. (NYSE:ZEP) recently unveiled its new corporate logo that celebrates decades of Zep brand leadership while providing an updated look for the future direction of the Company.
“Zep Inc. is evolving as a corporation focused on profitable growth by offering numerous brands through multiple channels to reach customers. We have significantly expanded the Zep Inc. brand portfolio through acquisitions and internal development,” said John K. Morgan, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Zep Inc., noting that customers have long turned to Zep for product efficacy, technical services and personalized sales support.
In 2010, Zep Inc. acquired Amrep along with the Misty®, i-Chem®, Next Dimension® and Petro® brands. The Company also acquired the TimeMist®, TimeWick, MicrobeMax®, CountryVet®, Konk™ and Niagara National™ brands in two additional transactions. These brands complement the existing brand portfolio that includes Zep®, Zep Commercial®, Zep Professional™, Enforcer®, Selig™ and a number of private brands.
