FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BOKA Powell LLC, http://www.bokapowell.com, announced today that the company is relocating its downtown Fort Worth, Texas offices. The architecture, planning and design firm is leasing space in the Carnegie Building, 421 W. 3rd Street.
“We are expanding our presence in Fort Worth because of our growing client base here, which includes the JPS Health Network, Texas Wesleyan University, and corporate campus projects at Heritage Commons and the Alliance Airport Business Park,” said Don Powell, principal at BOKA Powell. “This new location will help us better serve our clients, and we’re thrilled to be moving into a beautiful office building that we helped design.”
BOKA Powell teamed with David M. Schwarz Architects, Inc., to design the 310,000 square foot Carnegie Building for Sundance Square. This 16-story, Class A office building, which faces the historic Fort Worth library, has a design reminiscent of the turn-of-the-century brick and stone buildings downtown. High ceilings, attention to detail, and rich finishes throughout distinguish this building, which was completed in 2008.
Fort Worth-area BOKA Powell projects include Heritage Commons IV, the new home of Mercedes-Benz Financial and Daimler Truck Financial, in partnership with Hillwood Development Company. BOKA Powell also designed the headquarters for Omni American Bank, the regional headquarters for DynCorp International, and is providing design services for the Overton Park Center.
