FORTUNE 50 COMPANY SIGNS $20 MILLION, MULTI-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT WITH CASECENTRAL FOR SECURE, CLOUD-BASED EDISCOVERY SOFTWARE

International Corporation Selects CaseCentral for its Ability to Deliver a Secure, Defensible and Repeatable In-House eDiscovery Process without Burden of Infrastructure

CaseCentral, the leader in secure, cloud-based eDiscovery software for corporate counsel and law firms to simplify and take control of eDiscovery, today announced that a Fortune 50 company has selected its cloud-based CaseCentral Enterprise eDiscovery Platform as its enterprise standard for in-house eDiscovery with a subscription-based agreement valued at more than $20 million over the next five years.

The Fortune 50 company will use CaseCentral’s secure, cloud-based eDiscovery platform to deliver a standardized, repeatable process for its eDiscovery activities, including Processing, Early Case Assessment, Analysis, Review and Production for inside counsel, outside counsel and service providers across thousands of matters yearly that represent multiple terabytes of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Via CaseCentral’s secure, private cloud delivery model, the company has the flexibility and control required to manage its litigation portfolio, regardless of the number or location of users, the volume of ESI or the number of cases, without additional infrastructure.

“We believe that a multi-year subscription agreement of this scope marks an important inflection point in the market’s transition to using more flexible and cost-effective cloud-based software applications for eDiscovery,” said Tom Thimot, CEO of CaseCentral. “With our solutions, in-house legal teams can elastically adapt to the fluctuations in eDiscovery, litigation and regulatory requests to meet their needs without incurring unanticipated costs or losing time to purchase and build-out IT infrastructure.”
