CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation today announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors and Election of Officers.
The following directors will join President Jean Howe on the new board:
Sheryl Sittig will serve as the Executive Vice President of the holding company. She is currently the Executive Vice President of JNS Power & Control Systems, Inc. and is a perfect fit to fill this position as well. Sheryl’s new responsibilities will include management of overall business strategies, internal policies and procedures, market evaluation and new service developments.
UDHC is also very pleased to announce Michelle Berthiaume as a board member and Chief Operating Officer. Michelle Berthiaume will oversee the administrative support group, information technology organization, and personnel.
