Ms. Nageleisen's practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation. She has experience representing both public and private companies in a wide array of business disputes, including commercial & securities litigation, construction litigation, creditors’ rights litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, and employment law litigation. Ms. Nageleisen has litigation experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country, including first and second chair jury and bench trial experience. She has handled cases for clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, California, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Mississippi.
Ms. Nageleisen earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Order of the Coif (2003) and her B.A. from Thomas More College, magna cum laude (2000). Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp in 2004, she was an associate with a regional boutique litigation firm where she gained experience in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice litigation.
