CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: UDHC) announced today that its subsidiary, JNS Power & Control Systems, Inc., has been awarded contracts for the installation of the life safety fire protection systems at the Northwest and Crosby Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) Substations in Chicago, Illinois.

We were chosen because we are known for our core business being life safety and building automation. Construction costs for these two projects will be in the $500,000 range. We have worked with ComEd since the inception of our company starting at the bottom as a third tier sub-contractor and rising to the top. We have worked very closely with ComEd paying close attention to safety and we are now listed as a direct vendor with ComEd bidding projects directly to them.”
