DURHAM, N.C. & MEDFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading chemical service provider Doe & Ingalls Management, LLC, parent of Doe & Ingalls of North Carolina, LLC, announces that it has acquired Medford, Massachusetts-based Doe & Ingalls, Inc. The acquisition expands the geographical presence of the company, enabling it to reach additional clients in the life sciences and microelectronics industries.
The combined company will gain efficiencies that will allow it to further capitalize on strategic growth opportunities as well as offer an enhanced portfolio of products and services to customers within the chemical raw materials sector.

All staff will be retained during the integration.
The company’s corporate headquarters will be in Durham, NC with distribution facilities in Danvers, MA; Medford, MA; Jessup, MD; Durham, NC; Tampa, FL and Riverside, CA, enabling it to effectively serve customers with multiple U.S. locations.
