LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May marks the beginning of Las Vegas’ pool season, and guests at Tropicana Las Vegas can take full advantage of the shining sun at the newly transformed island oasis.
The new pool is a significant milestone of the $165 million phase 1 transformation at Tropicana Las Vegas. With a bright, tropical setting that embodies the vibrancy of the resort’s South Beach inspired theme, the pool features an expansive deck with lush landscaping, waterfalls, and private lounge spots. Guests can also try their luck at Tropicana Las Vegas’ new swim-up blackjack tables.
“We want to emphasize the romance that exists at this renowned property for our guests with a luscious and organic pool environment that is one of the largest and most beautiful pools on The Strip,” said Cynthia Mun, Vice President of Marketing. “Set on more than four acres, the Tropicana Las Vegas pool has always been legendary, and now our guests can experience the ambiance and be able to bask in the glowing reflection of our tropical pool right in the heart of Las Vegas.”
Guests can lounge poolside on luxurious recliners, while several connected lagoons provide the ideal place to refresh in the water. The pool also premieres a number of exclusive cabanas, complete with fresh fruits, snacks, chilled towels and full bottle service in the heart of a tropical oasis. The cabanas are available for day rental in a number of sizes.
Unlike anywhere else on The Strip, those visiting Tropicana Las Vegas can take a break from the scorching sun and swim to Leblon Cove, a private island in the heart of the pool sponsored by Leblon, an ultra premium Cachaça produced in Brazil. Leblon Cove will feature hand-shaken Caipirinhas mixed with Leblon Cachaça and fruit juices of the day. Guests can also reserve a lounge spot on the Island.
The three bars in the pool area will feature exclusive cocktails, including Key Lime Margaritas crafted with five-time distilled legendary Ambhar Platinum tequila, Acai Caipirinhas, the classic Leblon Caipirinha and Tropicana Hard Lemonade. All the signature cocktails at Tropicana Las Vegas will feature the highest quality ingredients and premium spirits. Guests can also enjoy poolside lunches and snacks from South Beach Café & Deli.
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., enabling guests to splash all day and into the night.
